Doctor of Chiropractic, M.S. degree in Sports Medicine, Licensed Athletic Trainer in NV and Certified Athletic Trainer in CA, and Certified in Active Release Techniques® FULL BODY (Lower Extremity, Upper Extremity, Spine & Long Nerve Root Entrapment)

Dr. Steve J. Costales received his doctoral degree in Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College of Los Angeles.

Currently licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in California.
Currently licensed in Athletic Training in Nevada and certified in Athletic Training in California.
Former Lecturer for the International Chiropractic Association of California (ICAC) on the topic of "Sports Injuries and Sports Medicine".
Currently certified in Active Release Techniques® FULL BODY including: Upper Extremity, Lower Extremity, Spine and Long Nerve Root Entrapment soft tissue injury management.
Received his Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Sports Medicine from California State University of Long Beach.
Received his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Kinesiology with emphasis in Athletic Training from San Diego State University.
Former faculty member at CSULB in the graduate program for Kinesiology specializing in Sports Medicine.
